Accident Investigation

The investigations start with an accident site inspection. Coupled with photographs and measurements, the physical evidence is interpreted by applying the fundamental laws of physics, chemistry and engineering science. Experience in highway and building design, means and methods of construction, as well as manufacturers' practices, and the applicability of codes and standards provides Mr. Ochterski with the background and knowledge to determine the cause of most accidents.

By reviewing participant's and witness statements and testimony, and coordinating these verbal descriptions with human factors, he can often provide clients with authoritative descriptions of the cause and details of an accident.
